Liquidation is private
Every epoch the ledger checks each position against its line. One that crosses it is sold whole in that epoch's batch, at one price, in the pair's pool. No outside liquidator ever sees it.
Preview The lending module isn't on testnet yet. Pool sizes and rates are examples; prices and Zyn's pools are live.
Private lending on Zyn
Lend ZEC, ETH or SOL. Borrow one against another. Rates and prices are public; who lends, who borrows and how much are not.
Each epoch the sequencer posts a price for each asset. If Zyn's own pool for a pair disagrees by more than 5%, new borrowing in that pair pauses. Repaying, adding collateral and liquidation carry on.

If collateral sells for less than the debt, the shortfall is bad debt. It lowers the value of every share in the pool that lent the asset.
Positions are hidden from everyone watching the chain. The sequencer and replicas can read them, because they have to check them. Prices are posted by the sequencer, bounded by the pools.
Positions are notes only your Nap can open. Nothing on this page, and nobody watching the chain, can see them.
